My son has been attending the FunBall Academy, and I must say as both a parent and grassroots coach I am very impressed with what it delivers to my son both on a personal and football development level for my child. The coaching is of a very high level and delivered in a fun child cantered manner. My child has been involved in other academy environments where it felt more like a chore put in place to learn football, here he cannot wait to get there and talks about it with positivity afterwards.

My son, George, started training with Pav in early 2017. I have the upmost respect for Pav’s coaching ability and the way he engages with the children. His manner and the way they react to his instruction is a joy to watch. George’s football development has come on no end since he started the course – When he plays in matches for his team you can see that his thinking and movement is way beyond his teammates

He has really enjoyed the sessions. I am a FA qualified coach and I have been very impressed with the sessions you have put on and the way you get the boys thinking about passages of play and what was the right or wrong decision. The sessions that he is having with you are far more technical than other coaching sessions I have seen.

My son has been coached by Pav for the past three years and I can not speak highly enough of the coaching he receives. Millan always has a smile on his face and enjoys the coaching, as Pav creates an atmosphere that encourages boys to be creative. Pav makes each and every coaching session a fun experience which allows the boys to challenge themselves, making them better players whilst working in a team environment. Pav is one of the best coaches in the region and always earns the respect of the boys.

Charlie Alden is enjoying his training sessions with you. As a parent I like your training sessions as you manage to get your point across to the players really well, and the boys seem to understand what you expect from them and they respond and listen to what you say. Charlie has great respect for you and your coaching methods on and off the pitch, when he gets home he’ll talk about what you’ve gone through in each session and try and learn from what you say. I think the way you get your point over is spot on, not letting the boys get away with anything and being strict with them seems to work, and you always have their full attention. All I can say is keep up the fantastic job you’re doing.

Amazing! Yes, my sons, Hudson and Felix, love the Academy and have improved tremendously. However, that’s only part of it. Pawel is teaching children how to use their wits not solely their brawn. Showing young footballers how working together, communicating and making smart and unselfish decisions leads to great things. On the pitch, my sons have different strengths and personality. One, is a seriously focused striker and the other is a cool and relaxed defender. Pawel’s method of teaching has helped them both. Having recently moved to Norfolk from the U.S., I wanted my sons to experience football the way it’s meant to be played. I highly recommend Pawel and his Academy.

As a coach myself and full-time taxi driver for my kids I have spent several years stood on the side-lines observing many different coaches of various experience and ability, a majority of whom teach by a prescribed one size fits all. Pav however stands out from the crowd; he has his own unique outlook on player development and individuality, with a knowledge base far beyond the usual coach. More importantly players of all ages respect and thrive under his tutelage.
