PAV Funball have provided a range of sports-based services to Hillside Avenue Primary and Nursery School for the last two years. As well as setting up a Sports Leaders club and running the school football team, they also provide an early morning sports club too. This is focused on helping identified children to attend school every day and on time. The sessions are fun and inclusive and have certainly met their objective. The children are at school every day and our school attendance figures are above national averages. Thank you, PAV. 

I am the Head Teacher at St. Augustine’s Catholic Primary School, and have worked alongside Pav to run after school clubs for at least 7 years. I cannot recommend Pav’s Funball Academy enough.
The organisation of the clubs is provided at a consistently high standard, supporting children’s development, teamwork, and character-building. participant. The children are not only taught the skills required to develop in sports games, but are also guided to develop their physical ability and life skills that will serve them well in school, relationships, and future careers.
The club’s organisation and commitment to safeguarding is evident, from well-structured practices to good communication with our school. Parents feel confident that their children are in an environment where safety,
respect, and personal development are prioritised.

Pav and his team at Pav Funball Academy have been teaching PE sessions at Millfield for a number of years.

Their skills and expertise are second to none in their delivery of these sessions, to all our pupils across the primary age range.

Over the years, teaching and support staff have benefitted enormously from Pav and his team’s expertise and have developed their own confidence in delivering their PE lessons.

The Funball team are able to make use of a range of resources and some of these are everyday items which can be utilised.

For me, the most impressive part of their teaching is how they manage to keep the children constantly moving and thoroughly engaged throughout the session – the children end every session with beaming smiles on their faces, this is a real credit to Pav.

Pawel teacher training workshop is fantastic. He keeps things really simple, which makes it easy for all to understand. Using Pav’s simple approach has a massive impact on children’s learning and progression. I thoroughly recommend Pav’s teacher training workshop to all schools

Pav came to my school today to deliver some football sessions. They were 1st class. The pupils were focused, listened and had a great time. His knowledge is great. Others can learn so much from him.

Pawel has been a fantastic coach and has given me lots of ideas. I will be changing a lot about how I teach PE now.
