I am the Head Teacher at St. Augustine’s Catholic Primary School, and have worked alongside Pav to run after school clubs for at least 7 years. I cannot recommend Pav’s Funball Academy enough.
The organisation of the clubs is provided at a consistently high standard, supporting children’s development, teamwork, and character-building. Having observed the club in action, I am continually impressed by its outstanding leadership, well-organised programs, and ability to inspire young individuals to grow into resilient and confident
leaders.
At the heart of Pav’s Fundall Academy, are its adaptable group leaders, who bring incredible energy, creativity, and enthusiasm to their work. These leaders are well-supported by a strong and experienced management team that
ensures the club runs smoothly and effectively. Together, they create a positive and nurturing environment where children feel encouraged to take on challenges, learn new skills, and reach their full potential.
What sets Pav’s clubs apart, is the variety of activities available and the fully inclusive groups. Through carefully planned activities, Pav’s Fundall Academy is adaptable, fosters resilience, teamwork, and self-motivation in every
participant. The children are not only taught the skills required to develop in sports games, but are also guided to develop their physical ability and life skills that will serve them well in school, relationships, and future careers.
The club’s organisation and commitment to safeguarding is evident, from well-structured practices to good communication with our school. Parents feel confident that their children are in an environment where safety,
respect, and personal development are prioritised.
I highly recommend Pav’s Fundall Academy, for families seeking a well-led and inspiring organisation for their children. It is a place where young people are motivated to achieve with confidence and resilience.
