Best coach in Norfolk!! My lad has improved massively and Pavs use of varied techniques instead of mundane drills has pushed him to improve in all aspects of the game. A real gent who understands and acknowledges the individuals needs as opposed to the ‘traditional’ group mentality!! Really good with the kids and encourages on-field thinking. Really lovely bloke can’t recommend him highly enough.
